Bar Packages
The Skylon Ballroom offers four (4) bar options for hosting your wedding, they are as follows:
GUEST PAYS:
At the Skylon Ballroom you are able to choose a "Guest Pays" option which allows your guests to pay for their own drinks as they would at a regular bar setting. This means there is no money put down for "free" drinks.
OPEN BAR:
By choosing the "Open Bar" option at the Skylon Ballroom you may have an Open Bar for the reception/dinner and/or dance. With this option there is no set limit to the dollar amount or drinks your guests get for "free". Balance at the bar is due at the end of the evening.
RUN A TAB:
This Skylon Ballroom bar package allows you to set a dollar amount at the bar and once that amount is reached, the "free" or "open" bar ends and guests will be required to pay for their own drinks beyond the set threshold.
TICKETS:
This package offered to you by Skylon Ballroom ensures you will only be charged for the number of tickets that are returned to the bar that evening. You may give out "free drinks" to as many guests as you would like. Guests who do not have tickets are required to pay for their drink at the bar. Balance due at the end of the night for the number of tickets returned.

All alcoholic drinks will be charged $5.00 across the board in Packages Two, Three and Four - Liquor or Beer. Pop is $2.00 and kept on a separate tally from alcohol. We will keep track by way of counters or tickets.

Champagne will be on hand for the toasts. Outside champagne is NOT permitted to be brought in. If you have a certain kind you would prefer we can arrange for that to be there for your event.

There will be a 15% gratuity applied to your bill for open bar or ticket options.
FYI's

If you choose to cater your own event, there will be an extra $100 cleaning fee and for extra electricity usage.

There is no kitchen available at this facility.

An Uber-type service may be available for local rides to any of the hotels/AirBNB in town if needed for extra charge.
