Terms & Conditions

Below is a List of Guidelines for the Use of the Skylon for your Wedding :

  • Rent for the entire facility for 5 days, for weddings is $2,000. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your wedding for this facility.

  • Rent for the entire facility for a1 day rental, for NON - wedding events is $1,500. A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event for this facility.

  • Rent for the entire facility for NON-weddings is $1,500. A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event for this facility.

  • Rent for The Front Room only is $500. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event for this facility.

  • FOR WEDDINGS: You will be allowed into the facility beginning the Wednesday PRIOR  to the event at 5:00 p.m. to allow you time to set up and decorate for your event. You will be required to have everything cleaned up Sunday at 10:00 a.m. following your event. If there happens to be a funeral luncheon being held the week of your wedding you will be unable to obtain access to the venue until that is complete and cleaned. No funerals luncheons will be held on Fridays to accommodate your event and allow you time to decorate and prepare.

  • All tables and chairs will be set up for you based on your estimated guest attendance. Our facility provides round tables for guests and rectangle banquet tables for the Head Table. If tables or chairs become broken or damaged during your event, you will be responsible for those to be replaced.

  • Dances end at 1:00 AM.

​

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE FACILITY  - NO EXCEPTIONS - anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the facility!!!
